18 reasons

This CNY has been quite happening. Well, basically the normal routine of visiting relatives and eating a whole lot.  Like, a lot.

Was out for the past 24 hours and guess where i’ve been. The ‘lil’ farm in CCK. Played In Between which was majorly fun. Bevan kept losing. Its ridiculous. And Robin provides great entertainment value. Played another game for 4 which i forgot the name in which i lost like $20. But oh well, its CNY.

Went over to the fish port afters as Ben had to pick up fish and then prata at 3am. He was telling us his police stories on the way and man, i dont think i want to be a police officer ever.

Then it was back to his place and viewed Ultimate photos and videos. Slept till 1 then buffet at Sakae at CCK. So very filling. Went to Farmart and got wine then back to his place to chill.

Guess the guys couldnt resist gambling so we played the game for 4 again and Blackjack. I won 90cents. How cool is that! Oh and sipping wine while playing and while Robin swears in his hokkien.

I finally can sleep in my own bed and i have a german test tmr that i havent studied for! how how how.

omg. never ever sleep on the sofa. esp when you have like a damn small space. my back hurts like fuck.

what an unexpected turn of events. you know i said i wasnt tanned at all? now guess what. im sunburnt!

and im going to be more burnt! cause of WL tmr and plus there’s double header. very good luck girls.

but the ultimatum. the weather forecast for tmr-Mainly fair and occasionally windy.

so today i went to tan and swim. i dont know why but i like to tan/swim alone. allows me to muse over things i guess. was in the sun for a couple of hours, but im not tanned AT ALL. ugly tan lines remain!

went to ntuc with hern today. and bought 18 cans of red bull! im going to be super hyper. watch out guys!

and so today was bad news and good news.

and so woke up today to Joce’s call to go down to Ben’s to play this intellectual card game-Citadels. spent 2 hours to finish the 1st set! screws your mind up i swear. i think you’ll become paranoid if you play for a long time. and you can see who are the scheming ones! went on to Saboteur next which was just plain retarded until i got the grasp of it. was quite funny though. and then went back to Citadels then Saboteur. and on and on. and that’s how i spent today.

i dont know what happened to me. could be the landing, could be the impact. no idea. but what im sure of is, i’ve definitely injured my knee. i cant walk properly now! damn!

you know the dried scallops. the kind you use for soups? i like to wash them, then fry. and you get the shiokest snack in the world!

expensive snack. mummy is not going to like this.

I always hate the journey to SengKang. Its super long, even though the destination’s definitely worth it. It takes me 1 and a half hours to get there, thats a pretty long time to think about what to do later and to fret over the game.

The adrenaline’s pumping, gearing up to play. The tension always kills me though. You never know what will happen in the game, i want to play well, learn something new and of course, win the game. That makes up most of the butterflies.

Well, im already looking forward to Sunday’s game. Have to get over the week of school and the 1.5 hours journey first!
